Products
The products we are selling are shown in our web-site and the conditions of sale are pointed during the filling in of the purchase order. The prices are in Euro and are including Italian VAT. They can be updated at every time by the supplier.

Purchase Orders
The order has to be considered effected when the customer will receive its acceptance by e-mail from the supplier. The customer can rectify his order or possible mistakes within 24 hours from its acceptance. The supplier will issue a receipt for each purchase order, or invoice if requested. The supplier will send the receipt or invoice together with the products ordered.

Payments
We accept the following payments:
- in advance by wire transfer
- by credit card
- by PayPal
The customer who chooses to pay by wire transfer is kindly asked to send by fax or e-mail copy of the effected settlement.

Shipment
The supplier will provide to send the products within 5 days from the order and the delivery will happen quickly. We suggest to point an address where somebody can receive the goods during the usual working hours to help the delivery.
The customer will be informed about the cost of the shipment directly from the supplier after making his order and will have to confirm its acceptance and payment before shipping the goods. The supplier will provide a tracking number to the customer: it will enable to be informed about the state of the shipment on the web-site indicated by the supplier.

Conciliating clause
The parties undertake themselves to carry out the conciliating attempt foreseen and regulated by the Chamber of Commerce of Florence for every possible contention, that could arise about these purchase conditions.

Right to withdrawal
Referring to Legislative Act 185 of May 22, 1999, and Directive 97/7/CE relating to buyers protection in contracts at a distance; the client has the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase without penalty within 10 days from receipt of the goods. Communication of withdrawal must be sent by return receipt to “Azienda Agricola I MORI, Via Maremmana, 22 50055 Lastra a Signa (FI), Italy”.
Within the same term of 10 days from receipt of goods the client has to send back, at his own expenses and responsibility, the goods to be returned in integral conditions.
The customer will be refunded as soon as possible and anyway not to exceeding 30 days from the time in which the supplier was notified of the intent to withdraw from the purchase by the client.
